Third ICT Fair to be held in July

“Information Communication & Technology Association of Nepal” (ICT) is all set to organize the 2010 edition of the Info Trade Fair at, Bhrikuti Mandap exhibition Hall in Kathmandu. The entry fee will be Rs. 50 for students and Rs.100 for others. This third mega event of information, communication and technology will begin on July 1 and will end on July 5. Sagar Dev Lakhe, president of the ICT said that the 110 stalls will display various products and services related with ICT. The exhibitors list include big brands like Acer, Epson, Foxcom, HCL, Intel, Microsoft, Sony Ericsson, and Toshiba. ”Info Trade 2010” will also feature the latest desktop computers, laptops, mobile phones, iPods, DVD players, woofers and pen drives. There will also be computer exchange facilities for the visitors of the fair. The Fair will also feature an electronic notebook at Rs. 6,500 for the first time in Nepal market to enable anyone to use Internet, Email, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Audio-Video player etc. The notebook contains VT8505 processor, 128 MB RAM, 2 GB storage capacity, Wi-Fi and Windows CE operating system. The battery has a backup time of two hours.
